Contract programmer required for custom Web Server

Below is a letter I sent to Modtronix. Along with there reply! Can someone please Help?

Hello David

All of the requirements you listed can be done, and should only take a
couple of days. We are however not doing any more custom projects at the
moment. We are very busy with our new Presto and DIN range of products. You
could post a mail on our forum, there are many people who have done lots of
work with our boards, and will easily be able to do this simple project.
Maybe something like "Contract programmer required for custom Web Server".
