how to get UDP string in main loop
« on: May 05, 2013, 07:15:21 PM »
Hello, I am a new user of the sbc65ec board.
I am looking  at the wesrvr65 code right now and I am trying to figure out how to get a string I send from the netix UDP terminal in the main superloop. I send data to the terminal (port 54125)
I am not quite familiar with the Modtronix stack. Is there a particular buffer or function that I can call inside ProcessIO in order to get the data from UDP for consumption in the main program

Can smb show a quick code example of how one would get a string or char in the main loop. Right now I have connected one laptop to the ethernet port and another one to the serial port.

If I send data to the terminal it does not show up on the RX ISR so that's what confuses me??

any help is appreciated
