Changing IP adress from usb terminal?
« on: July 31, 2012, 07:50:19 PM »
Is it possible to change the ip adress of the board from the usb terminal, since this board always take by default the 10.1.0.1 IP adress and this is my router ip adress, so i need to disconnect my router everytime i upload a new firmware in the board. By the same way, does anybody have a bug on the dhcp? My board never get ip adress, it is always by default at 10.1.0.1 even if set at DHCP?

Can it be a misconfiguration of the router? If you can set the IP-range for DHCP in the router, change the range start entry from 10.1.0.1 to 10.1.0.2

Hi, the TCP/IP stack of the latest Microchip stack is very stable. I have not had any trouble with DHCP with it. We are busy porting the very latest microchip stack to our code. Will put the current version on our forum tomorrow. Do you still have this problem?

Hi, I have uploade the current build of the "Netcruzer Download" here:
http://netcruzer.com/nz/netcruzer_v103_pre.zip

This uses the latest Microchip Application Library. Please let me know if this helps.
