Question on the Microchip TCP/IP Stack (WebServer?)
« on: May 18, 2005, 07:38:47 AM »
hi!

I'm adding new function I need to control the SBC65EC board. In one of these function, I use interrupt on the second EUSART (the first one is already used). I put EUSART2 character reception's on interrupt only. And when I compile the projet, I have the error :
Code: [Select]

Error - section 'highVector' can not fit the absolute section. Section 'highVector' start=0x00000008, length=0x00000006

I don't know why ... Is the TCP/IP Stack used high interrupt ?

I don't know where is the problem...
Thanks....
A computer science studiant.....

Hello

Seems like you might be trying to put your code in the space reserved for the interrupt vector. You should only have a jump in this space, and the actual code in the ISR (interrupt service routine). Could you please send me your code to david (AT) modtronix.com, and I will have a look at it.
